Job Description

Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS | Jenkins | B2C Scale

Location: Noida

CTC upto 25 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure for a high-traffic B2C/OTT product. This role is hands-on and mission-critical, focused on reliability, automation, security, and scalability at production scale.

What You’ll Do

Architect and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure on A
WS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, RDS, VPC, IAM, ALB/ELB, Route53)
Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins mandatory)
Automate deployments using Blue/Green & Canary strategies
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (
CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, New Relic)
Proactively identify scalability, performance, and cost bottlenecks
Strengthen security posture
(IAM, VPC isolation, WAF, SSL/TLS, secrets management)
Support and optimize
MongoDB
for high-read, low-latency workloads
Implement Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible)
Lead incident management, RCA, and production firefighting

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of DevOps / SRE experience in cloud-native, product-based companies (B2C preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with AWS
Proven experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD
Production experience with microservices at scale
Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB (performance tuning, indexing, replication)
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Shell, Python)
Deep understanding of networking (VPCs, subnets, routing, NAT, security groups)
Experience with monitoring, incident management & RCA

Nice to Have

Experience in OTT / media / high-traffic platforms
Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), CDN & caching knowledge
Exposure to streaming or content delivery architectures

Mindset

High ownership, proactive, and reliability-driven
Comfortable working in fast-moving, production-critical environments
