Job Description

Business Development, Marketing & Sales for a world class brand for product vertical KOOCHIE - PREMIUM PLAY GROUND EQUIPMENT

TARGET CLIENTELE

Key experience required:

  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products.
  • Establishing new business.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Reviewing sales performance.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate / PG / MBA
  • The candidate should have experience in Marketing products preferably through

    institutional / project sales

  • HAVING SOLD PRODUCTS / SERVICES TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
  • [We prefer candidates who have worked with BUILDERS, ARCHITECTS, LANDSCAPE CONSULTANTS, ETC].
  • Candidates who come with their contacts and connections with Architects / Builders and can leverage their
  • previous contacts / connections to bring in business shall be given preference.
  • Good Public relations, skills and follow-ups.
  • Age: - the candidate should be within 40 years of age.
  • Must have excellent communication & PR skills, time management, team working and prioritizing skills.
  • Detailed Candidate Profile and Scanned photograph must be attached with the CV
  • Candidates applying will be required to submit their latest pay slip and bank statements to verify their last pay scale.
