Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Go-To-Market (GTM)

Industry:

GTM Manager / Senior Manager (3–8 years)

Go-To-Market execution, customer adoption, demo-led sales, and early revenue traction

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Execute GTM plans across Corporate TA teams, Recruitment Agencies, MSMEs, and Freelancers.
  • Own pilot cycle: outreach onboarding usage monitoring conversion.
  • Support product demos, proposals, pricing discussions, and ROI presentations.

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage sales funnel, lead follow-ups, and closure activities.
  • Conduct product demos for CHROs, TA Heads, CEOs, and Agency Owners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, client documentation, and presentations.

Customer Success & Adoption

  • Train users during onboarding and ensure consistent product adoption.
  • Conduct feedback meetings, track usage, and resolve customer issues.
  • Capture customer insights and share with product & leadership teams.

Product Feedback Loop

  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements in features, UI, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with product team for enhancements based on customer needs.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Support webinars, events, marketing content, and LinkedIn initiatives.
  • Work with marketing to create case studies, testimonials & success metrics.

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Work with channel partners, recruitment consultants, and regional networks.
  • Support territory-based expansion and local activation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years experience

    in:
    • B2B SaaS sales
    • HR Tech or Recruitment Tech
    • GTM execution
    • Enterprise sales / Inside sales
    • Consulting or Talent Acquisition (advantage)
  • Strong presentation & communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Experience managing demos, pilots, onboarding, or customer lifecycle.
  • High ownership, discipline, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle is a plus but not mandatory.

Education

  • Graduation (Any stream)
  • MBA / PGDM preferred but not mandatory

Salary Range
