Job Location: Hyderabad
We are hiring International Voice Technical Support Executives for a leading MNC in Hyderabad. The role involves providing voice-based technical assistance to international customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers and provide technical support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products/services.
Manage and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs.
Log and document customer interactions in the internal system.
Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process Mandatory
Undergraduates with relevant experience are also eligible
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work 5 days from office with rotational shifts and week-offs
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
In-hand: 33,500
Transport: 2-way cab facility within 25 km radius
