Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager SCM to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on optimizing efficiency while reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and monitor overall supply chain strategy to align with business objectives.Manage procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables in a cost-effective and timely manner.Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.Ensure accurate inventory planning, stock control, and warehouse management.Coordinate logistics, distribution, and transportation to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams to streamline processes.Monitor key supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvements.Ensure compliance with statutory, quality, and safety standards.Prepare and present supply chain reports to senior management.Qualifications & Skills:B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.4-8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of procurement practices, logistics, ERP/SAP systems.Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
