Job Description

As a Manager Sales for IC Design Services, your primary role will involve driving business growth by understanding semiconductor design workflows, design services outsourcing, and establishing strong networks within fabless companies, design centers, and OEMs in India. You will be pivotal in client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the IC design services business in India. - Identify and engage with potential customers in sectors like automotive, consumer electronics, telecom, and IoT. - Showcase our capabilities in RTL Design, Verification, Physical Design, Analog/Mixed-Signal Design. - Cultivate and nurture a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and participation in industry events. - Collaborate closely with the technical team to understand customer requirements and create personalized proposals and quotations. - Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to finalizing deals. - Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. - 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the semiconductor industry. - Profound understanding of IC design flows. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Existing relationships with semiconductor companies in India are highly advantageous. Preferred Attributes: - Previous experience in selling services related to ASIC, FPGA, SoC, or AMS design. - Familiarity with prominent EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor. - Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. - Willingness to travel as necessary. In terms of benefits, this is a full-time, permanent position with health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday. Additionally, prior experience in dealing with VLSI design companies and having a background in VLSI sales for at least 3 years is preferred. The work location is in person.,
