Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Generate new business opportunities through B2B / B2C sales, corporate sales, and channel sales. 🔹 Sell Audio-Video, Broadcast, and Live Streaming devices to SI partners, resellers, studios, schools, event companies, and production houses. 🔹 Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings. 🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. 🔹 Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing negotiations, and order closures. 🔹 Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution/delivery. 🔹 Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and maintain updated CRM data. 🔹 Attend industry exhibitions, events, and trade shows (e.g., Broadcast India, InfoComm, etc.). 🔹 Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management. Required Skills & Experience: ✔ Proven experience in Sales (Broadcast, AV, Electronics, IT, or Tech Products preferred) ✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ✔ Ability to identify clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities ✔ Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, email drafting, and proposals ✔ Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and product demos ✔ Should be target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused Qualifications: 🎓 Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Electronics, IT, or relevant discipline 🚗 Candidates with their own vehicle preferred (travel allowance applicable)
