As a Unified Lending Interface (ULI), BankersKlub facilitates a range of financial products including Personal Loans, Car Loans, Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Unsecured Business Loans, and Loans Against Mutual Funds and Shares.

Role Summary

The Manager (Sales & Business Development) will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing SME relationships, onboarding bankers, and coordinating with lending institutions. The role requires a strong understanding of retail and SME credit, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver growth in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with SME clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboard and engage bankers across regions to expand business channels.
  • Facilitate lending transactions including underwriting, deal structuring, and closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Operations) for seamless execution.
  • Drive cross-selling of wealth management and financial products.
  • Monitor and track sales pipeline, proposals, and conversions.
  • Maintain MIS reports and dashboards on banker activity and performance.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and product developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in SME Banking, Branch Banking, or Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of retail credit, SME finance, working capital, and unsecured lending.
  • Entrepreneurial and result-driven mindset with ownership for outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exposure to Fintech, NBFCs, or MSME ecosystems is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
