Manager - Sales and Marketing

As a Sales Manager for Sands in Chennai, your role involves: - Achieving PAN India Sales & Collection targets through a team of Sales Managers/Sales Engineers. - Driving the marketing function by managing ATL and BTL segments, product promotions, branding, digital marketing, and participating in leading exhibitions. - Opening new market segments and identifying business opportunities in the industrial sector. - Working with system integrators, major distributors, and end users to offer Sands products and solutions. - Analyzing market trends, preparing forecasts, and managing strategic key accounts. - Ensuring end-to-end responsibility for billing and collections, revenue generation, and presenting reports to senior management. Key Qualifications: - BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Vibration Analyzers, Bearings, Lubricants, Power Transmission, or Seals. - Experience in appointing and managing Industrial distributors/Channel Partners. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong leadership skills, presentation skills, outcome-oriented thinking, and business acumen.
