Manager - Sales and Marketing

As a Manager - Sales & Marketing at Ammann India, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing activities for the territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation & finalization of Sales & Expense Budgets for the territory. - Achieving the Sales Budget by selling equipment, spare parts, retrofits, and services to both existing and new accounts through effective sales presentations and utilization of support services. - Monitoring and keeping track of projects awarded in the Region, including NHAI, State Road PWD, Corporation & PMGSY. - Establishing contacts with key customer personnel at sites to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on aftermarket support and improve the sale of spare parts & retrofit. - Following up with customers on advances and commercial formalities until the submission of FDI, and managing accounts receivable/C Forms follow-ups. - Maintaining good relationships with Strategic Customers and working on improving market share through market intelligence. - Coordinating with the service manager and spare parts personnel to provide aftermarket support to customers. - Searching for business potential in the given market area, establishing contacts with sources of information on business potential, and generating business inquiries to create new customers. - Following up on business inquiries, submitting techno-commercial offers, and closing orders while handling all commercial activities related to sales. - Coordinating with the service team to provide the required service to customers and countering competition by knowing and initiating actions against competitors. - Keeping records of all sales-related documents, providing market inputs, sales inputs, and assisting superiors in preparing reports, and meeting sales and assigned targets in a timely manner.
