As an Audit Associate at Freudenberg Performance Materials India Pvt. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing internal audits to maintain ISO standards compliance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement. - Assisting in supporting other certifications like Higg index, Oekotex, and customer audits. - Reviewing an organization's documents, records, and processes to verify adherence to ISO standards. - Providing clear feedback and recommendations on areas of non-compliance. - Training and guiding employees on ISO standards and audit procedures, including offering General HSE trainings. - Creating comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings to management. - Assisting in rectifying any non-compliance issues identified during audits. - Collaborating with other auditors for complex audit activities. Qualifications required for this role: - Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or quality management. - Experience: Previous experience in auditing or quality, HSE management is advantageous. - Knowledge: Strong grasp of ISO standards and certification requirements. - Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
