Manager - Sales and Marketing

As a Manager - Sales & Marketing at Ammann India, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and marketing functions for the territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation & finalization of Sales & Expense Budgets for the territory. - Achieving the Sales Budget by selling equipment, spare parts, retrofits, and services to both current and new accounts through effective sales presentations and utilizing support services. - Tracking projects awarded in the Region such as NHAI, State Road PWD, Corporation & PMGSY. - Establishing contacts with key customer personnel at sites to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and increase sales of spare parts & retrofits. - Following up with customers on advances and commercial formalities till the submission of FDI, as well as managing accounts receivable / C Forms follow-ups. - Maintaining good relationships with Strategic Customers. - Improving market share through market intelligence. - Coordinating with the service manager and spare parts personnel to provide aftermarket support to customers. - Searching for business potential in the given market area and establishing contacts with potential sources of information. - Generating business inquiries, creating new customers, and closing orders. - Conducting all commercial activities related to sales and updating sales activities in CRM. - Coordinating with the service team to provide required services to customers. - Keeping track of the competition and taking necessary actions to counter it. - Maintaining records of all sales-related documents and providing market inputs and sales insights to prepare reports. - Meeting sales and assigned targets in a timely manner.
