Manager - Sales and Marketing

As a candidate for the role of Marketing Executive in the software service industry, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the software service industry. - Execute a Marketing Action Plan consisting of online and offline marketing tactics to help drive sales. - Ability to set clear goals and create roadmaps to achieve them. - Build positive, on-going relationships with local and international businesses in Canada, US, and India. - Research, coordinate, and attend Gallery Events, interacting with customers to obtain feedback. - Write press releases and ensure their publication. - Conduct audience research and competition research to enhance strategy campaigns/ads. - Develop engaging email campaigns, content marketing, and social media strategies. - Manage all company social media channels and collaborate with Graphic Designer. - Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Exhibit experience in decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. - Display strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, specifically social media marketing, landing page optimization, and online competitor research. - Possess in-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram ad platforms. - Demonstrate working knowledge in Google Analytics. In addition, the following qualifications are required for this position: - Highly energetic, self-motivated, self-aware, and innovative individual. - Ability to work well independently as well as in a team. - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field. - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in IT/Software Services. - Minimum of 2 years of social media experience. - Skill in disseminating market information and creating the best strategic business plan. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills.
