Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for achieving PAN India Sales & Collection targets through a team of Sales Managers/Sales Engineers. Your role will involve driving the marketing function, managing ATL and BTL segments, product promotions, branding, digital marketing, and representing the company at leading exhibitions. You will also be tasked with identifying new business areas, developing potential markets, and tapping into business potentials in the industrial sector. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, managing strategic key accounts, and ensuring revenue generation as per set targets. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve PAN India Sales & Collection targets through a team of Sales Managers/Sales Engineers - Drive the marketing function and manage ATL and BTL segments of marketing - Identify new business areas and develop potential markets for Sands products and solutions - Tap business potentials in the industrial sector and work with system integrators, major distributors, and end users - Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts - Manage strategic key accounts, explore more business opportunities, and build good rapport with stakeholders - Take end-to-end responsibility for billing and collections, ensuring revenue generation as per set targets - Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management Qualifications Required: - BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - 5 to 8 years of experience in sales background related to Vibration Analyzers, Bearings, Lubricants, Power Transmission, Seals - Experience in appointing and managing industrial distributors/channel partners - Experience in enterprise/direct sales with industries - Existing contacts in OEMs & process manufacturing industries preferred - Excellent networking skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong leadership skills, presentation skills, outcome-oriented thinking, and business acumen (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
