Manager - Inside Sales

You will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing the inside sales team. This includes coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance of inside sales executives. You will need to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Field Marketing Manager for further development and closure. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback will be part of your role. Monitoring sales metrics, analyzing data, and developing sales opportunities will be essential tasks. You will assist in building the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions. Researching and discovering methods to increase customer engagement will be crucial. Collaboration with the digital marketing team to ensure quality leads for the inside sales staff is also expected. Preparing accurate sales forecasts to support the company in making informed business decisions is a key responsibility. Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner is also part of the role. Building strong relationships with potential and existing clients will be important for success in this position. You will be required to nurture leads through consistent email follow-up until prospects schedule an appointment. Providing support to the field marketing team by inviting prospective customers will be necessary. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations will also be part of your duties.,
