Manager - Inside Sales

Skill Set:

• Any graduate, preferably MBA or BBA (Sales/Marketing specialization is an added advantage).
• 5+ years of Inside Sales experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead/managerial role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in team management, coaching, and sales performance tracking.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
• Analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented mindset.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
• Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
• Allocate and track leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Monitor sales metrics, pipeline status, team activities, and conversion ratios through CRM and dashboards.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
• Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows, and CRM usage.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
