Provide backend support to External Sales for entire order cycle (Enquiry to Delivery). • Facilitate and complete order processing activity (Sales Orders/Purchase Orders). • Maintenance of database in CRM and ERP System. • Provide quick, precise responses to all sales inquiries associated with technical clarifications, applications, and pricing. Provide pricing and delivery information. • Review and understand specifications, designs and making correct product selection. • Perform follow-up with factories to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction. • Assist in all post order activities. • Actively participate in product learning and process improvement activities.
11 to 14 Years (preferably from valve industry) • B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical • Knowledge on Gate /Butterfly / Air/ Needle/ Knife Gates Valves & Penstocks. • Ability to communicate well at all levels in English. • Team Handling experience of max 2 Years • Team size must have handled max 4 members • Competent in the use of computer software such as ERP, MS -Excel
