Vibration Analyst Technical Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role must possess a BE in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) technologies. Specifically, this role is suitable for professionals certified as CAT II or CAT III, aiming to transition from traditional service-based vibration analysis to an advanced industrial position focusing on cutting-edge solutions. Key responsibilities for this position include conducting vibration-based diagnostics and root cause analysis for rotating machinery across various industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries, and Textiles. You will be required to validate the real-world performance of proprietary vibration sensors by collaborating closely with both R&D teams and customers. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to support AI/ML algorithm development initiatives by providing diagnostic insights to data science teams. Comparative studies between the company's product and other industry-leading analyzers will also be part of the job scope. Additionally, troubleshooting customer installations, offering technical recommendations, conducting field trials and technical demonstrations to showcase product advantages are key aspects of this role. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Business Development, and Manufacturing to drive the successful implementation of projects. Moreover, contributing to the development of case studies, technical documentation, and customer training materials will be a regular part of the responsibilities. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, hands-on experience in CBM technologies, and familiarity with vibration analysis software and predictive maintenance tools are essential for this position.
