Vibration Analyst Technical Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting vibration-based diagnostics and root cause analysis for rotating machinery in industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries, and Textiles. Your role will also involve validating real-world performance of in-house vibration sensors, supporting AI/ML algorithm development, performing comparative studies, troubleshooting customer installations, conducting field trials and technical demos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct vibration-based diagnostics and root cause analysis for rotating machinery. - Validate real-world performance of in-house vibration sensor by working closely with R&D and customers. - Support AI/ML algorithm development by feeding diagnostic insights to data science teams. - Perform comparative studies between the company's product and leading industry analyzers. - Assist in troubleshooting customer installations and provide technical recommendations. - Conduct field trials and technical demos to demonstrate the product's advantages. - Work cross-functionally with R&D, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams. - Contribute to case studies, technical documentation, and customer training materials. Qualifications Required: - BE- Mechanical Engineering degree. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) technologies. - CAT II or CAT III certification (CAT III for senior role).
