Leadership & Team Management Lead a performance\-driven sales culture Coach team on: Conversion selling behavior Customer persuasion & objection handling Financial calculations + APF coordination Recruit, train & scale new joiners with sales enablement team Monitor KPIs for each team member using CRM dashboards Manage top\-performer retention & performance improvement plan Conduct field\-level shadow selling and closing support III. Client Relationship & Deal Closures Engage directly with: Investor clients Corporate buyers High\-ticket product segment Negotiate final pricing & terms ensuring healthy margins Ensure zero escalations during: Site visits Payment milestones Handover process Leverage referral business & repeat customer base Support customers through: Loan eligibility guidance APF tie\-ups Documentation coordination IV. Sales Process Optimization Drive CRM discipline: 100% lead tracking Follow\-up logs Communication templates adherence Ensure: Standard pricing policy adherence Discount approval protocols followed Strengthen SOPs around: Lead Walk\-in Booking Agreement Possession Conduct competitor mapping for strategic advantage V.
