Exp- Minimum – 4-5 Years

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Notice Period- Immediate


Must Have Skills

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Ability to independently manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to closure—with minimal supervision.

SaaS Sales Expertise: Proven track record in selling SaaS products, with a deep understanding of subscription-based models and customer acquisition strategies.


Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp and articulate the value proposition of AI-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.


CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking and managing sales activities.


Good to Have-

Familiarity with outbound tools such as Lusha, Clay & LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities-

End-to-End Sales Ownership: Own the full sales lifecycle including lead qualification, proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiation.

CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot or Zoho CRM / Bigin for pipeline management and reporting.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing Scalong's AI solutions like Organizational GPT and ExtractQ to address specific client needs.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and progress opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, gather feedback, and refine sales strategies.

Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
