This is a senior level role based in DADAR WEST with minimum 3 years experience of lateral hiring of candidates in the BFSI - Mainly in Insurance & Financial sector. The ticket size will be 10 lakhs and above. Candidates who have end to end recruitment experience of lateral hiring of mid-level and senior level positions in BFSI industry will be suitable this role. The job will involve sourcing and interviewing mid and senior level candidates,, maintain a database, building a rapport with the candidates, organizing interview schedules with clients and offer negotiations with the candidates, making job postings on Naukri or on IIM jobs, maintaining daily and weekly trackers of positions and candidates.
