Job Description

Job Title: State Head - HR Dept: Human Resource Management Reports To: Circle Head - HR Location: Region/Branch as per role 1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company). Manage the regional team to execute employee lifecycle processes from hiring to retiring, ensuring compliance and provide guidance to employees across the region helping to drive business outcomes. 2: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job) End to end responsibility for recruitment, employee engagement & development, grievance management, statutory, and separation for mapped branches/employees. Partner business for accelerated growth in revenue & market share Strong focus on qualitative hiring within the SLA maintaining the optimum manning in the geography. Ensure smooth onboarding to provide superior employee experience. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Maintain all MIS and reports for all areas of HR and ensure closures in relevant systems. Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position). 1. Attracting qualitative talent in competitive market, within the SLA. 2. Serve as the organizations ears on the ground to capture and escalate employee concerns and grapevine information to relevant stakeholder, ensuring prompt addressal and mitigating potential risks. 3. Look for EWS and reduce undesirable attrition. 4. Understanding and catering to the change management needs from time to time. 5. Ensuring data security and compliance in the assigned geography 5: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed). 1. Taking judicious decisions on selection of right candidates within the set norms for all departments. 2. Planning and conducting events for employee engagement. 3. Taking decisions on disciplinary cases basis the norms of the company. 4. Taking decisions for the day-to-day employee related queries and issues. Job Requirements (Describe the educational requirements, suggested year and type of experience, nature and extent of skills/abilities required for the desired position). Professional Qualification Skills Knowledge Competencies Qualified as MBA/PG in HR with at least 4-8 years relevant experience. (The role requires to travel across branch offices and should be open to travel and relocate as per companys requirement) 1. Team Management 2. Stakeholder Management 3.
