Job Description

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition at ICE, you will be responsible for leading the hiring activities within the India Market. Your previous experience in leadership and recruiting will be utilized to lead a professional recruitment team and enhance their performance to achieve exceptional results. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Your role will involve analyzing recruitment and business trends to make recommendations for local processes and talent sourcing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of recruiters, providing strategic direction and guidance - Partner with hiring managers to define resourcing requirements and priorities - Manage end-to-end recruitment process ensuring efficiency for both candidates and hiring managers - Source qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking, and referrals - Engage with candidates, providing timely feedback and maintaining positive relationships - Review and optimize recruitment processes to attract top talent in a cost-effective manner - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and industry events - Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent - Track and report key recruitment metrics for analysis and improvement - Establish relationships with local educational institutions to attract future talent - Ensure ATS information is up to date and compliant with regional regulations **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in Technology recruiting and proven leadership skills - In-depth knowledge of recruiting landscape and market intelligence - Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices - Proven experience in leading successful recruitment teams - Proficiency in various sourcing channels and recruitment tools - Preferable experience in Financial markets or fintech sector - Excellent command of English language for effective communication - Previous experience with an ATS and data analysis for decision making The company values integrity, professionalism, and innovation.
