Manager, Recruiting

Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and provide direction on strategies and methodologies
• Partner with hiring managers to define and prioritise resourcing requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals
• Engage and build relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's values and employer brand
• Continually review recruitment processes, solutions and routes to market (direct, agency, via educational establishments) to ensure we are finding the best talent and recruiting in the most cost-effective way
• Continuously build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with potential candidates and professional institutions
• Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Support tracking, analysis and reporting upon key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, and quality of hire
• Create sustainable relationships with local colleges and universities to attract future talent
• Ensure ATS information is up to date and aligned with regional regulations
  

Knowledge And Experience

• Strong functional recruiting experience for Technology and proven leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence and industry insights
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Established experience in leading recruiting teams to ensure successful results for end-to-end recruiting activities
• Familiar with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools
• Experience in the Financial markets or fintech sector is preferable
• Excellent command of the English language with exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience with an ATS with the ability to generate meaningful data to support decision making.
