Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction Engineer to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction projects from initiation to handover. Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and resource plans. Supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and legal requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. Manage client communication, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders. Prepare progress reports, billing, and documentation for management. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Drive cost control, material management, and resource optimization. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as Project Manager / Senior Engineer in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure). Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management tools (MS Project/Primavera), and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and lead large teams. Knowledge of BOQ, billing, quality control, and safety norms.
