Manager - Projects

As a Project Manager for the FEED project, your role will involve: - Overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the project including cost control, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress monitoring. - Coordinating with all departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Store, Quality, Safety, Planning, etc. - Providing technical assistance to the management for day-to-day issues. - Working with a multidisciplinary team to develop the project's scope and objectives by understanding client requirements, regulatory considerations, and industry standards. - Managing all contracts within the construction project, handling change orders, legal and commercial aspects, and resolving disputes to ensure projects stay on budget and adhere to legal regulations. - Ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and practices are integrated into the project design and engineering processes. - Collaborating with cost engineers and estimators to develop accurate project cost estimates and budgets for the FEED phase. - Assisting in the preparation of contract specifications, analyzing project scope of work, reviewing bids, and selecting vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for the project. - Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, project team members, and addressing concerns to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure engineering deliverables meet required standards and specifications. - Managing changes in project scope, schedule, or budget and ensuring appropriate change management processes are followed. - Identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. - Capturing lessons learned from previous projects and applying best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the current FEED project. Qualifications required: - BE / B.Tech with 12+ years of experience in a relevant field.,
