Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cell Maintenance at Adani Solar's manufacturing plant in Mundra. The responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair tasks, maintenance management, and team management related to Cell Plant maintenance operations. Qualifications Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills Experience in Maintenance Management Strong Team Management abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Prior experience in a similar role with Solar PV manufacturing, Electronics, Semiconductor companies.
