Telecaller

Job Summary The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach to drive property sales and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate projects and generate leads. Handle inbound inquiries from online platforms, advertisements, and referrals. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM software. Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients clearly and confidently. Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule client meetings and site visits. Follow up with clients post-site visit to ensure closure and address any queries. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets. Collect and record accurate client requirements and feedback. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions, representing the company’s brand values. Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Sales/CRM Manager. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (or relevant regional languages). Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and sales process. Ability to handle rejections and maintain motivation. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and lead management software.
