About the Role

SR Jungle Resort is hiring experienced Telecallers to support our sales and customer engagement activities. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and delivering excellent customer support while promoting our resort services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on enquiries.

• Promote resort products and services effectively to prospective customers.

• Pitch room packages, offers, and services confidently.

• Maintain accurate call records and ensure consistent follow-ups with leads.

• Provide professional and high-quality customer support throughout the interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecaller in the resorts or hotel industry.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Customer-focused, confident, and result-oriented approach.

• Ability to maintain call records and manage lead follow-ups efficiently.
