Role Description We're seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced in generating high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools, with a focus on the technology and marketing sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media. Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM campaigns . Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted lead-generation campaigns. Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive). Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team. Track and analyze lead performance to optimize campaigns and conversion rates. Report weekly on leads, conversions, and pipeline progress. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development . Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo.io, or other lead tools. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful client relationships. Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience in digital marketing or IT service-based companies . Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly.ai, or Zapier .
