Role Description

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
  • Generate new business opportunities through

    LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM campaigns

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the

    marketing team

    to execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive).
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
  • Track and analyze lead performance to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
  • Report weekly on leads, conversions, and pipeline progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+

    years of proven experience in

    B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , Apollo.io, or other lead tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in

    digital marketing or IT service-based companies
