We are expanding our sales and growth team and are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to help accelerate our client acquisition efforts.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist at Branding Pioneers, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong pipeline. This position requires a mix of research skills, communication abilities, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients across industries who may benefit from Branding Pioneers’ digital marketing services.
  • Generate high-quality leads through email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and other lead-generation channels.
  • Qualify leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and hand them off to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Build and maintain a structured lead database using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct follow-ups with warm leads to nurture interest and move them through the pipeline.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs, including leads generated, conversion rates, and outreach performance.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends to communicate Branding Pioneers’ value propositions effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development—preferably in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify high-potential leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
