Job Title: Hospital Tele Caller

Job Summary:

The Hospital Tele Caller is responsible for communicating with patients over the phone to provide appointment support, follow-ups, and basic information about hospital services while ensuring polite, confidential, and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule doctor appointments
• Provide information about hospital departments, services, and timings
• Follow up with patients for reports, treatments, and post-consultation care
• Respond to patient queries and route calls to relevant departments
• Maintain accurate patient call records and update hospital systems
• Ensure patient confidentiality and follow hospital protocols

Required Skills:

• Clear and polite communication skills
• Basic knowledge of hospital services and procedures
• Good listening and empathy towards patients
• Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate
• Diploma or degree preferred (any field)
• Experience in hospital or healthcare calling preferred (freshers may apply)

Work Environment:

• Hospital front office or call center
