Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in Hyderabad, India. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, addressing their queries, promoting services, and following up to ensure all needs are effectively met. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate call records, meeting daily/weekly call targets, and actively contributing to achieving the company’s customer engagement goals and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and comfortable using CRM tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in local language(s), Hindi, and English is preferred.
