Position : Manager - Production
Reporting to : Head - Production
Location : Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh (Near Chennai)
Your Experience Should Be...
BE / B. Tech (Mech.) with 18 to 25 years of experience in Cryogenic / Pressure Vessels / Oil & Gas / Boilers industry or any capital goods manufacturing & fabrication industry.
Should have good knowledge in welding process (TIG,MIG & SAW), testing procedures & ASME codes
Should Have Good Organizational & Communication Skills
Should have good people management skills
Hard working and result oriented approach towards achieving tasks
What Will You Do?
Manage the Production Area, responsible for planning, coordination and control of all activities related to the production processes, productivity and maintenance.Plan the production in order to execute the monthly production target and Project Schedule.Manage the shift supervisors of the production and give technical support & guidelines related to the production processes.Ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time frame and cost parameters mutually agreed with the ManagementCompliance to Safety, Statutory Regulations, Quality Management Systems & IMS ProceduresTo create and follow all necessary indicators to evaluate the manufacturing process for continuous improvement practice such as LEAN management and SIX Sigma.Reduce the rework and rejection by applying the various tools & processTo coordinate with all other supporting departments such as procurement, quality control & assurance, Design, and Planning to ensure smooth production work flow.Ensure & create safe working environment & good housekeeping in the workshop.Define preventive and corrective actions along with the quality representative in the processes inherent to the Quality Assurance System, and removal of non-conformities.Participate in the development of new products, conducting pertinent studies, analyzing the production capacity and other relevant.Chart Industries is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicants because of his or her race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, military status, marital status, genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law.
