Manager - Production

Role & responsibilities

1. TL experience in fabrication & Robotic Welding & Press Shop

2. Coordinate production workflow for multiple products

3. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

4. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

5.  Assign workers and other staff to production operations.

6.  Schedule shift according to production needs

7. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

8. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)

9.  Knowledge of Prepare executive level Performance & Delivery reports-MIS.

10. Collaborate with quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering and other heads for better coordination and delivery.

11. Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

12. Experience in Manufacturing resource planning.

13. Superior skills with MS Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP ERP systems.

14. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

15. Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment.

TECHNICAL

1. Knowledge of MIG Welding,

2. Robotic Welding

3. Knowledge of Press Shop (Laser cutting Machines, Press Brakes, Rolling Machine) .
