Position Overview:
The Manager – Product Strategy plays a pivotal role in driving digital growth initiatives, managing PMO activities, and enabling technology adoption across Blue Dart’s
product portfolio. This role focuses on business process reengineering, competition benchmarking, and delivering innovative solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Job Purpose:
To lead digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and market competitiveness.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Digital Growth & Transformation

Lead strategic digital initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for automation and implement technology-driven solutions.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure clarity for IT development teams.
Project Management & PMO
-
Oversee project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Maintain PMO dashboards, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively.
Business Process Reengineering

Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement redesigned processes effectively.
Competition Benchmarking
-
Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor offerings and digital capabilities.
-
Present actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between IT, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings for requirement gathering and progress reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
-
Essential: MBA/PGDM in Business, Technology, or related field
-
Preferred: Certification in Project Management or Digital Transformation
Experience:
-
Essential: 5–7 years in product strategy, PMO, or digital transformation roles
-
Preferred: Logistics or ecommerce industry experience
