Role Overview

Manager - Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Product & Project Management

  • Product Ownership:

    Act as the Product Owner/Product Manager for assigned digital products and platforms, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Requirements Definition:

    Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs, translating them into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Execution:

    Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring on-time and in-budget delivery.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Oversee and actively participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered product meets the specifications, quality standards, and user needs.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Stakeholder Management:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT) to gather requirements, manage expectations, secure buy-in, and ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.
  • Outsourced Team Coordination:

    Demonstrate proven experience in getting work done with outsourced teams (IT vendors, consultants, system integrators), effectively managing their delivery, performance, and adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Communication & Presentation:

    Utilize great communication and presentation skills to articulate product strategies, project status, risks, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Digital Leadership:

    Champion the culture of digital transformation within the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and value creation through technology.
  • Problem Solving:

    Demonstrate a passionate drive to solve challenges and complex business problems using innovative and sustainable digital solutions.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Exhibit an eager to learn attitude, staying updated with the latest digital trends, technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, etc.), and best practices in product management and real estate technology.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    5+ years of relevant experience, with a significant focus on digital transformation, product management, and managing large-scale IT/digital projects. Experience in the Real Estate sector is a strong plus.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Solid understanding of modern web/mobile technologies, system integration, data analytics, and user experience (UX/UI) principles.
  • Core Skills:

    Demonstrated proficiency in BRD creation, managing backlogs, project planning, testing methodologies, and vendor management.
  • Soft Skills:

    Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
