Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or a related role, with at least

2 years in a managerial or leadership position.2. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies, products, and solutions. Experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud services is highly desirable.

3. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive results.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Presales Activities: Oversee and lead the presales team in developing and delivering high-quality presales support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals.

2. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and effectively articulate how the company's products or services can address their needs.

3. Solution Design: Collaborate with the technical team to design innovative and customized solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate the value proposition of the company's offerings.

4. Proposal Development: Lead the development of persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs and expectations.

5. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including participating in client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.

6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.

7. Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor members of the presales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

8. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics related to presales activities, such as win rates, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline, and implement strategies to improve performance.
