Manager - Presales

Qualification:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Presales Activities: Oversee and lead the presales team in developing and delivering high-quality presales support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and effectively articulate how the company's products or services can address their needs.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with the technical team to design innovative and customized solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate the value proposition of the company's offerings.
• Proposal Development: Lead the development of persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including participating in client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor members of the presales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics related to presales activities, such as win rates, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline, and implement strategies to improve performance.
