1. Proposal & Bid Support
End-to-end ownership of proposals including Go/ No Go, Proposal briefing, coordination with all the disciplines for estimations, Porposal and commercial document preparation valued at USD 2 million and above.
Lead and support RFP responses, bid defense, pricing strategies, and tailored pitch decks.
Collaborate with sales teams to build compelling value propositions.
Ensure seamless integration of offerings across verticals like Energy, Utilities, HLS, Connectivity, and Digital
2. Content & Knowledge Management
Maintain a library of success stories, white papers, and web content.
Coordinate with delivery teams to refine and publish technical content.
Drive strategic initiatives around automation, IT/OT integration, and digital transformation
3. Customer Engagement & BD Support
Conduct customer workshops, pitches, and proactive propositioning to build pipeline.
Manage stakeholder collaboration and customer relationship development.
Represent the presales function in strategic meetings and reviews
4. Team Leadership & Development
Manage a small team of presales consultants.
Mentor and develop talent, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Shape future strategy and lead change initiatives
