Manager

We are seeking a versatile and result-driven Manager to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across Business Development, Graphic Design, Content Writing, and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of each of these functions, with the ability to oversee workflows, ensure strategic alignment, and drive overall growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage team activities across departments. Work closely with the Business Development team to support lead generation and client acquisition strategies. Guide graphic designers to ensure brand-aligned and creative visual output. Oversee content strategy and ensure high-quality written communication across platforms. Plan and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement. Coordinate between departments to maintain timelines and achieve objectives. Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements across all domains. Candidate Profile: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role. Proficient in Business Development, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), content creation, and social media management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Capable of multitasking and leading cross-functional teams efficiently.
