Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage options.
• Assist with loan applications, documentation, and coordination with underwriters.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and lending policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates throughout the loan process.
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve monthly/annual mortgage origination targets and cross-sell financial products.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, operations & underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance/Business/Economics (preferred).
• Relevant mortgage certification (e.g., NMLS) required.

• 2–3+ years

  of experience in mortgages/home loans.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and customer handling abilities.
• Proficiency in mortgage software, CRM tools, and MS Office.
