- Deep subject matter expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors), especially recruiting and onboarding modules.
- Strong project management skills, including requirement gathering, implementation, and user adoption.
- Excellent technical aptitude with ability to resolve complex system issues and manage escalations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiating system enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive approach to system improvements.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy, OFCCP).
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Experience managing large-scale HRIS implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead, optimize, and scale HRIS recruiting/onboarding modules, ensuring system excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee configuration, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms to support organizational goals and COEs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for system improvements and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, OFCCP, and other legal requirements.
- Plan and manage release deployments, collaborating with vendors, IT, and stakeholders.
- Lead system-specific projects, including requirement gathering, system selection, and implementation.
- Oversee technical support, ensuring high-quality resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders; serve as primary liaison.
- Manage the full system development lifecycle (SDLC) for customizations and enhancements.
- Lead and support Workday Recruiting workstream activities (planning, process design, configuration, UAT, etc.).
- Mentor and develop HRIS team members, fostering a collaborative, agile environment.
