Location: Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College Hospital, Kattakada, Trivandrum

Operations Manager with a Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) to oversee daily operations, optimize patient care processes, and ensure the efficient functioning of the hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating hospital departments, managing resources, and implementing policies to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hospital Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• Implement and monitor hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to optimize service delivery.

2. Patient Care & Experience:

• Enhance patient experience by improving hospital processes and reducing wait times.
• Address patient concerns and ensure high-quality healthcare services.
• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement improvement strategies.

3. Staff & Resource Management:

• Supervise and coordinate hospital staff, ensuring optimal workforce efficiency.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital personnel.
• Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources, equipment, and infrastructure.

4. Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities:

• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial management.
• Monitor hospital expenses and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure revenue cycle efficiency.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure hospital compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Monitor infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance programs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high operational standards.

6. Technology & Process Improvement:

• Implement hospital management software and digital transformation initiatives.
• Streamline workflow through process automation and innovative healthcare solutions.
• Evaluate and improve hospital logistics, procurement, and supply chain management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, administration, or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI) and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in hospital management software and data analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
