Their innovative, gamified learning environment ensures a fun and impactful experience. Position Summary: India Market Entry is seeking a Franchise Sales Specialist with proven experience in B2B sales within the education sector. This role is ideal for candidates with a track record in franchise development and institutional sales , specifically in early years to primary education . The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving expansion by promoting SmartyKids’ franchise opportunities to prospective Edupreneurs, startup owners, and after-school centers across India. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and engage with potential franchise partners across India. Develop and execute a strategic sales pipeline to generate and qualify leads. Build strong relationships with educational institutions and early childhood learning centers. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners. Drive end-to-end franchise sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with the marketing and client teams to align messaging and outreach. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reporting. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 4-6 years of B2B sales experience in the education or edtech sector . Prior experience in franchise sales or business development for K-12/pre-primary brands. Strong network within the early childhood education and school ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and online presentations. Proven track record of selling large ticket size Hands-on experience of working with CRM. Immediate joiners are preferred.
