Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales based in Gurugram. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve leading sales teams, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Experience in Business Planning and the implementation of effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
• Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Comprehensive understanding of Sales Operations and techniques for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
