Job Description

QUALIFICATION :

Law graduate with practice and corporate experienc

Key Responsibilities

To effectively monitor and manage IPR Portfolio across the Global.
Conduct IPR searches (Indian and global) for clearance and due diligence.
Handling of IPR related litigation including drafting of suits, petitions, writ petitions and appeals.
Handling Investigators and conducting raids
Clearing label and creatives as per ASCI code, Legal Metrology Act and dealing with queries related to notifications issued from time to time
Internal stake holder/ business user co-ordination and interaction
Follow up on recovery of outstanding.
Legal Compliances
Drafting and vetting of contracts/documents.
Stay up-to-date with latest legal and regulatory updates and communicate implications to internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of English, Marathi & Hindi (Speaking, Reading & Writing Skills)
