Manager - Legal

You will be responsible for counseling the business on various commercial and regulatory matters, which includes negotiating with regional and commercial banks. Additionally, you will manage Merchant agreements and handle any Litigation that may arise. You will also oversee employee or company related policies, processes, and offer letters from a legal standpoint. Your role will involve developing and implementing legal procedures and policies to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws. - Strong educational background with a bachelor's degree in law or a related field from an accredited institution. A master's degree in law or business administration is a plus. - Natural leadership and management skills with the ability to communicate assertively and clearly to individuals with varying levels of legal knowledge. - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and understand complex legal issues and offer strategic advice. - Strong ethical values, integrity, and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
